Mr. Bardmesser is an intellectual property attorney specializing in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of software, business methods, electrical, optical and mechanical inventions. His experience includes patent litigation in medical device area, semiconductors and software, validity and infringement analyses for telecom equipment, industrial electronic devices, consumer electronics products, industrial machinery and software and the litigation of software and patent infringement matters. Additionally, Mr. Bardmesser has worked on intellectual property matters involving circuits, semiconductors, memories, DVD and CD-ROM’s, liquid crystal displays, Internet-related applications, automotive-related products, sewing machines, connectors, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Mr. Bardmesser gained valuable technical experience while working in private industry as an engineer and a technical marketing supervisor.
